Evaluation of the International Pollutants Elimination Network

The International Pollutants Elimination Network (IPEN) is a global network of public interest NGOs working together for a toxics-free future for all. SouthBridge was contracted to evaluate Sida’s core support to IPEN during the period 2021-2025, with a view to ensure accountability and generate evidence-based learnings. The evaluation followed a utilisation-focused and participatory approach, inspired by Outcome Harvesting and including a field visit to the Philippines.
