ACTED is a French humanitarian organisation with a focus on responding to emergencies and building disaster resilience. The organisation works in 37 countries reaching 14 million beneficiaries. Jonas is contracted by Norad to assess ACTED’s organisational structure and governance, partnership approach, results monitoring system, and financial management capacity. The assignment has a focus on ACTED’s work in Afghanistan.

Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is an 80-year old organisation founded by the Norwegian labour movement with project and activities both in Norway and abroad. The international work has a focus on humanitarian disarmament and long-term development cooperation.
