The strategy for support via Swedish civil society organisations aims at strengthening the capacity of civil society actors in developing countries, and promoting a more enabling environment for civil society to operate in these countries. With an annual budget of close to SEK 2 billion, the strategy is primarily implemented by Sida’s Strategic Partner Organisations and their Swedish and local partners. Jonas is the Team Leader for the mid-term evaluation of the strategy.
