Baseline study for project with the Moldovan Prison and Probation Services

The baseline study was conducted within the framework of the project “Strengthening Human Resource Management in the Moldovan Prison and Probation Services”, which aims to build a skilled, motivated and adaptable workforce across the prison and probation services. The study forms a key part of the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system, establishing a baseline for tracking progress and assessing changes over the course of the project. Jonas led the assignment in close cooperation with the project team at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
