Evaluation of Act Church of Sweden’s work to promote local ownership

Act Church of Sweden works with around 100 partner organisations through its Voices of Faith – Empowering Civil Society for Democratic Development programme. The evaluation examines how the programme contributes to local ownership and shifts in power, resources and decision-making towards local partners and rights holders. It aims to identify the conditions that enable stronger local ownership and provide recommendations for strengthening locally led development. Jonas leads the evaluation, which combines document review with interviews and consultations with Act Church of Sweden and selected partner organisations.
