Governance design and organisational development of ReAct

ReAct – Action on Antibiotic Resistance is a global network working to ensure sustainable and equitable access to effective antibiotics, with regional nodes in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America. The assignment supports ReAct in reviewing and strengthening its organisational structure and governance, including assessing alternative organisational models, developing governance arrangements for the preferred model, and preparing a practical roadmap for organisational reform. Jonas is carrying out the assignment together with consultants from Rights Hand.
